Jack’s Neuroblastoma Journey supports a young boy named Jack who is fighting a rare childhood cancer called neuroblastoma. This involves multiple trips to America over 2-3 years in which we would need to cover flights, insurance, accommodation and medical bills. Jack needs to complete his NHS treatment and have no evidence of disease, then travel very soon after to begin his treatment in the US.
